Ronald Reagan on Socialism-“Don’t say we weren’t warned!”
In 1961 Ronald Reagan warned the public of socialism and how it can creep in slowly. His words ring eerily true today, in my opinion even more true today than ever before in this country’s history.
This audio was aired by Glenn Beck on his radio program on 8/28/09.
It is happening, people. It is happening right now. Please put the party loyalty aside, either party, and look at the facts.

I can sympathize with your views. They represent many of our fellow citizens.
For many years my mindset was skeptical and passive. I changed after a personal experience and it has made all the difference in my life.
So if “…there is no place to escape to.”, we cannot accept failure.
The question is, not what we THINK about what is happening, and of the people involved, but rather, what will we DO about what is happening?
There are LOTS of opportunities for concerned people, but few who actually get involved for the long haul.
It is easy to label people, it is quite another to get into the fray and accomplish something positive.
Therefore I invite, no I CHALLENGE, all of my Republican Neighbors and the thousands of others whose feelings you have well expressed: Take a stand, learn about process and structure, build relationships and make a difference to restore our freedoms and put government back in its proper, smaller, place.
No one can do it all, but one man can make a difference: “UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL”!

Unfortunately this country is to far lost and small changes will not restore our freedoms and liberties. The GOP continues to recycle (support) TO MANY ‘party’ RINOS in primaries across the country instead of solid freedom loving liberty candidates; IMHO.
Slowly but surely we slip into a soft tyranny (Obama has put it into hyper-drive)and then what?
