Open Letter to Bucks Voters in Paper…

An Open Letter To Patrick Murphy And The Voters Of Bucks County

According to the latest Rasmussen poll, 56 percent of likely voters rate Congressional performance as poor and only 12 percent of likely voters give Congress a rating of good or above. Interestingly enough, past election results seem to indicate that the vast majority of incumbents will be reelected regardless. Why would this be? Most voters acknowledge a disconnect between the Congress and the voter but assume that their local Representative is not part of the problem.

Shall we take a look at some of Hon. Patrick Murphy’s votes and assess whether or not he is immune to this voter disconnect? Here is what your elected official voted for: Read the rest of this entry »

Republican Leaders,

First, let us begin by thanking you for our recent election as Chairman and Vice Chair. We appreciate this vote of confidence and we promise to continue to do all that we can to build and strengthen our GOP party. Thanks to all of your hard work, we are truly recognized as one of, if not, the BEST county party in PA. We are truly proud and honored to be serving with you.

We have made much progression in the last few years, winning back several local twps/boros, winning all of our row offices especially the DA’s seat, leading in total registrations for the first time since 2002, most recently in a 9 man race delivering huge numbers for Jim Cawley and winning 15 of our 16 state committee seats in a very crowded field of 28. We know how to work hard and pull together to get the job done.

Now, we set out on our next challenges…nationally, to win back our congressional seat and return Mike Fitzpatrick to Washington and to finally get the US Senate seat back in real Republican hands…for the state, to elect Tom Corbett & Jim Cawley to serve as Gov. & Lt. Gov. and to win our 4 State Senate seats and all 10 of our State Reps. We all know these elections will be tough and very demanding but we know we are up to it…if anyone, anywhere, can pull this off…it is you…the GOP in Bucks County. We have proven time and again that we CAN do it. If we work together, we can’t lose.

One of the first steps in this journey, believe it or not, is the Grange Fair. You might scratch your head and think, the Grange??? but it is really the beginning of our campaign season. If we have a good, strong showing, folks attending will see that the GOP is alive and doing very well in Bucks!! Read the rest of this entry »
