Washington DC overtakes NYC in Costs of Office Space

Due to concerted efforts by the US General Services Administration (Uncle Sam’s buying agency) to secure offices for the thousands of new workers for healthcare reform, W-DC now outranks NYC as the most expensive market for space.

Healthcare Reform will require thousands of new federal employees as the new law is interpreted, regulations are written and staff are hired to fulfill those rules.
