17th Annual Northampton Days – A Great Success!
We want to thank the Northampton Days Committee and the Public Works Department for doing a spectacular job with today’s events! B R A V O!!
The Northampton Township Republican Committee was well represented. A special note of thanks to our team members who were able to spend time with us at this outstanding community event. Not all are pictured, but YOU know who you are!
Most importantly, we want to thank the hundreds of visitors to our Display and their generous show of support for our candidates. NTRC held a drawing for a 40″ LED HDTV and nearly 400 people entered… the winner, Joe Johnston of Holland will be receiving his TV soon… Congrats to Joe!
There was a time when our Township was neighborly and respectful. There were differences of opinion, but people worked together and would always put community ahead of special interests. That spirit of Northampton Days, and days gone by, has evaporated, starting around 2005.
Join NTRC as we work to restore greatness, ethics, civility and honesty in our local government. It’s time for the BEST Northampton to flourish. Supervisor Candidates, Barry Moore (left) and Larry Weinstein (right) spent the entire day listening to residents and sharing ideas. Carol Dubas, Auditor Candidate was busy working as a member of the Northampton Days Committee, manning the Information Booth, and ensuring the event was a success. Bob Borkowski, Tax Collector candidate, has been meeting constituents tirelessly for the last 6 months and spent the day with the people of Northampton. And Mark Byelich, School Director candidate for Region 6, spent time discussing his concerns about school finances and preserving high quality education.
One thing about our candidates: they are civil, honest and speak factually. These are the kinds of people the can bring our Township back to greatness.
