Jim has managed and overseen the growth of Northampton Township first as part of the Planning Commission and today as a Township Supervisor.
As Supervisor he has supported the continuation of a strong zoning ordinance, open government and additional recreation facilities for children. He has also demonstrated strong fiscal discipline in keeping taxes low without sacrificing necessary township services.
Jim led the fight against mid-rise apartments by serving as a liaison to the Planning Commission. He has served on the Farm Study Commission which adopted policies to save open space and natural resources in the township.
Jim is a graduate of Temple University with a BS in Business Administration and is employed by the Bucks County Area Agency on Ageing. Prior to that position, he spent years in the food industry in various management positions.
Jim has lived 34 years in Churchville with his wife Joan and has 3children and 3 grandchildren. He served in the US Army and received an honorable discharge.
