Three Navy SEALS face court martial and IMMUNITY (imagine this) is needed to get defense witnesses to come forward. There is something seriously WRONG with our government for this to be needed, let alone the original indictment.

Why hasn’t the Courier and Intelligencer, et al quizzed young Patrick Murphy (or at least his spokesgirl) about why they are Sooooooooo quiet about 3 NAVY SEALS facing court martial for giving a terrorist a fat lip?

Tell that to doctors in Texas and California. In both states where these reforms have been implemented, insurance premiums have DROPPED and medical services have increased.

When will the Bucks County Media begin asking our federal Senators and Representatives why they will not support these reforms in Congress?

When will the Bucks County Media begin asking State legislative leadership and Gov. Rendell why Pennsylvania does not have these reforms in our Commonwealth?

House Democrats floating sales tax expansion to fund their increased spending

The following is a statement from House Republican Leader Sam Smith (R-Jefferson County) regarding the latest tax proposal being offered by House Democrats as a means to balance increased spending in their budget proposal. For 51 days, Pennsylvania has not had a full operating budget in place, and the latest official budget proposal put forth by the House Democrats increases state spending to $29.1 billion, more than is supported by anticipated state revenues and federal stimulus dollars.
