Just in case you’re wondering, the money bill for Defense has passed the Senate.

Now they need to reconcile differences with the House version.  Here are the Senators assigned to work from their side:

07/23/2009 – The Senate has appointed the following conferees to the National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal 2010 (S. 1390):

Sens. Levin, Kennedy, Byrd, Lieberman, Reed, Akaka, Nelson (FL), Nelson (NE), Bayh, Webb, McCaskill, Udall (Colo.), Hagan, Begich, Burris, McCain, Inhofe, Sessions, Chambliss, Graham, Thune, Martinez, Wicker, Burr, Vitter and Collins.

Cong Murphy claims to be a “Blue Dog” Democrat.

Not a peep has come from his office about where he stands in the debacle over health reform.

Does he favor the Pelosi/Reed/Waxman push?  Or will he push back?

Has he read the 1,000+ page bill?  Hmmm, perhaps that is why he doesn’t take a stand – he’s still reading!

When will the Bucks County media begin asking Patrick Murphy the tough questions which the voters deserve to have answered?

Quit doggin’ it, take a stand.
